For this gallery aluminum ceiling project, The aluminum plate with a thickness of 3.0mm is selected, and the surface is made of PVDF three-coating, applying the famous American brand PPG. The total area is 1053 square meters.
The PVDF three-coated aluminum plate can not only effectively insulate most of the heat, but it also has a longer service life. And it is not easy to accumulate dust, avoiding frequent maintenance, and the 10-year life span greatly reduces maintenance costs.
Before the installation of aluminum plates, the frame is mounted according to the width and length of different aluminum plates. The strong-enough aluminum frame won’t add too much weight to the corridor, ensuring that the panels or the corridor won’t collapse and thus the safety of people under the corridor is guaranteed.
Each aluminum plate is equipped with a corner code, which is staggered separately so that the two plates can fit well with each other, and then screwed to the frame.
The project started in July 2014. After proofing, the production began and took more than a month. Shipped to Dubai, and installed by the local installation team, the project was completed and put into use. It took three and a half months and ended in mid-October, 2014.
